First round interviews are typically held with our hiring manager. This is your opportunity to learn about the role and JBA, and a chance for us to learn more about you. Second round interviews are held with other team members, from peers to senior members, so we can get to know each other a little better and work out if we’re the right fit for each other.
We like to keep our interviews conversational and sometimes meet candidates outside of the office at a cafe or even over a video call. If you’re successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
The whole process can take between three to six weeks depending on the role.
